OLAM WEST AFRICA EXECUTIVE TRAINEE PROGRAM 2012
Olam is a global leader in the supply chain management of agricultural products and food ingredients. We operate an Integrated Supply Chain for 20 product/ groups sourcing them from 65 countries. Olam employs over 17,000 people and supports more than 11,600 customers across the world. We have a strong presence in Africa and are looking to recruit for our West Africa Francophone Operations
· Dynamic Graduates with Degrees (Engineering or BAC + 5) in Business, Sales, Distribution, Finance, Mechanics, Agriculture, Marketing
· Having prior work experience of 1-3 years
· Excellent command of English & French Language: Reading, Writing, Speaking
· Interest in a long term career with a global leader in Agri-Business Sector
· Ready to work across different countries & upcountry locations
Applicants would be taken through a rigorous multi-step selection process.
Selected Candidates will go through a comprehensive cross-functional training of 18 months leading to an exciting and rewarding career with Olam.
